An initial payment of $300.00 is required to reserve a place in line on my waiting list. This not only holds your place in line but guarantees your portrait price for one year. The next payment will be collected at the time of the photo shoot. This total will be half of the entire portrait cost minus your $300.00 deposit. The full balance will be collected at the time of portrait delivery. All payments must be a cashiers check made out to Lisa Webskowski.

Upon receiving your initial deposit I will contact you to schedule a time and date for a photo shoot at your house or at my studio. We will discuss what the subject will be wearing for the photo shoot and the special items that will be in the photo (i.e. a child’s favorite toy, etc…). We will also discuss where the piece will hang and possible environments for the photo shoot. We will also decide if you want a vertical or horizontal format for your portrait.

Note:
When selecting what you will wear for your portrait try not to wear an outfit with a lot of print. Try to wear solid colors as prints are a design element in themselves and can detract from the overall look of your portrait if they are used excessively.

The photo shoot time will last about 1 hour. At this time we will also finalize our ideas and a contract. We will also finalize your frame choice.

You will be contacted again after the photos have been developed and a few possible poses selected. We will either meet again in person to discuss the final photo or photos to be used for the portrait or duplicates will be sent to you in the mail. If duplicates are sent to you a phone consultation will be arranged. Notification of a tentative delivery date will be decided at this time.

A week or two before delivery you will be notified of the delivery date by phone. The final balance of your bill will be collected at the time of delivery.
